A look behind the scenes of Switzerland’s most modern hospital

We had the opportunity to visit the brand-new building of the Kantonsspital Baden (KSB) – widely regarded as the most modern and intelligent hospital in Switzerland!

Our esteemed advisor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of KSB, Daniel Heller, opened the evening with an insightful presentation. He highlighted the culture of innovation at KSB and emphasized the role of the Health Innovation Hub Aargau, where start-ups, companies, and research partners collaborate to develop and implement healthcare innovations.

The presentation was followed by a guided tour of the new hospital facilities, including the high-tech laboratories, helicopter landing pad, emergency room, and modern coworking spaces. The bright and welcoming design of the building ensured that it hardly felt like a traditional hospital.

This tour provided us with a direct impression of how the new CHF 600 million building integrates modern medicine, advanced technology, and innovative architecture.

The evening concluded with a pleasant aperitif in excellent company.
