10 Years of EquityPitcher Ventures

At this year's Come Together, we celebrated a milestone at the LakeSide in Zurich: ten years of EquityPitcher Ventures. And we could not have imagined a better way to mark the occasion than our annual Come Together – surrounded by the people who shape the Swiss startup ecosystem every day.

The evening kicked off with our Startup Exhibition, where our portfolio companies presented their innovations to an audience of investors, decision-makers and entrepreneurs. What emerged was more than a presentation – it was conversations, connections and new ideas taking shape in real time.

The stage programme that followed elevated the evening to a new level. Bundesrat Ignazio Cassis opened with a speech on Switzerland as a hub for innovation. A DeepTech panel featuring Péter Fankhauser (ANYbotics), Andy Yen (Proton), Nicolas Weber (Voltiris) and André Bieri (EY) showcased the remarkable depth of Swiss technology. The evening concluded with a fireside chat on capital markets and entrepreneurship with Andreas Schmid and Verena Gross of Pictet – moderated by Carolin Roth.

We closed out the evening with an apéro riche, networking and a party to remember.

What started as an idea in 2015 has grown into a firm pillar of the Swiss venture capital landscape. We have accompanied startups in their earliest stages, built bridges between founders and investors, and created a network that goes far beyond capital.

This evening was a reflection of all of that. The energy in the room, the passion of the founders, the openness of the conversations – that is what drives us every single day.
